Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to each and every corner of this big beautiful world :)
How long is the delivery time?
We ship your order the same or next business day. The exact delivery time will depend on the country you are shipping to. For your reference:
Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Western Europe: 3-5 business days
Southern Europe: 5-8 business days
Central & Eastern Europe: 7-12 business days
Outside Europe: 9-18 business days
To the US we also offer UPS Express shipping which ships arrives in 1-5 days. 
What are the shipping fees?
We charge subsidised shipping fees and always use tracked & insured delivery.
The Netherlands: €5
Select EU countries*: €10
US: €20 for regular shipping / €35 for express shipping.
Worldwide: €20
*The following countries qualify for EU shipping: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, UK, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your package.
Do I have to pay additional customs fees and other local taxes?
All prices include 21% Dutch VAT. Depending on where you live you might be charged additional import / customs fees / taxes by your local government. Please check your local customs office before placing an order. Please note we do not have any insight into this and we cannot be held accountable for additional costs you may occur because of this.
What is the returns & exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your bag, you can return it in unused condition in original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. If you found anything wrong with the order or delivered product and wish to exchange it, please get in touch with us to find a suitable solution.
How can I return or exchange the KURO bag?
If you wish to return your KURO bag please contact us at Within 24 hours we will reply with additional instructions and a return label for you to print and attach to the return package. Please make sure the products are in unused condition and in original packaging.


What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace number, through which you can track when your order will arrive.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order please reach out to us as soon as possible through and we will try our best to help. Please note though that once your order is placed, we will quickly start packing your order. Therefore, your order can sometimes not be changed or canceled anymore once it is placed. 


Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards, iDeal (Dutch debit card payments), Apple Pay and PayPal. 
How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as we receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. Unless you requested an exchange, your money will be refunded to your original payment method as soon as possible, but always within 14 days.


Do you have more models or colours?

What materials is the KURO bag made of?
We use the finest materials we could find to make sure the KURO bag looks, feels, and functions to the highest standards, now and for many years to come. All leather is genuine top layer leather of the highest quality, and lining is made from extra thick cotton twill. The outside of the bag is made from water resistant polyester melange Oxford fabric.
How and where is the KURO bag produced?
The KURO bags are produced in partnership with our supplier in China. We have selected this supplier after a careful selection process on the criteria of craftsmanship, quality, and factory conditions. We pay fair prices for our products and are committed to our long-term partnership.
